Key Events
During 2025, eMan continued to restructure its service portfolio with a stronger focus on advisory, AI solutions and their integration into clients’ corporate processes. The company carried on with projects for long-term partners including ČSOB, E.ON, Volkswagen/CARIAD, Škoda Auto, ABB and the Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the Czech Republic (ÚZIS). Building on its focus on AI, in early 2026 eMan became a member of the Czech Association of Artificial Intelligence, which brings together companies actively developing AI in the Czech Republic.
In 2025, eMan expanded its cooperation with the ČSOB group to include ČSOB Pojišťovna and ČSOB Stavební spořitelna. At the beginning of 2026, new contracts were added for Patria Finance, Philip Morris ČR and ÚZIS.
In 2025, the company formally closed its U.S. branch, eMan Solutions LLC. International clients, including those in the U.S., are now served directly from the Prague headquarters, which brings simpler management and lower operating costs. At the same time, the activity of the subsidiary eMan Alfa was discontinued and IT specialist outsourcing services are now provided directly through eMan. This direct model allows the company to fully leverage synergies across its teams.
Legal dispute – National Geoportal of Spatial Planning
eMan a.s. is in dispute with SEVITECH CZ s.r.o. and SYNCHRONIX, a.s. regarding an unpaid receivable of 23.6 million CZK excluding VAT for services related to the development of the National Geoportal of Spatial Planning, the end customer of which is the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic. An amicable settlement could not be reached. In early June 2026, a criminal complaint was filed in this matter against SYNCHRONIX, a.s.
Outlook for 2026
For 2026, the company plans revenue of 260 million CZK (year-on-year growth of 11.2%) and EBITDA of 16 million CZK (year-on-year growth of 15.9%). The plan is based on the delivery of newly signed contracts and the further development of the advisory and AI services portfolio.
