After months of intensive preparations, it's finally here. eMan is entering the Prague Stock Exchange. Our IPO comes at a time when we are about to celebrate the tenth anniversary of successful operations on the market. The projects we have implemented have often been ahead of their time, and won countless awards. Today, software from our workshop, among other things, drives the business for Bohemia Energy, makes life easier for ČSOB’s clients, and turns Škoda cars into digital driving machines. In the ten years of its existence, eMan has grown from zero to a turnover of 168 million CZK in 2019.

about EMAN
EMan is a leading Czech software supplier. We specialize in the development of mobile and web applications and integrated solutions, focusing primarily on clients from the automotive industry, banking and insurance, energy, and services sectors. Our clients include Škoda Auto, Honeywell, E.ON, ČSOB, PPL, Edenred, Generali Česká Insurance, and MND. The solutions developed by eMan have won numerous awards, such as Mobile Application of the Year, Internet Effectiveness Award, WebTop100, IT Project of the Year, and Golden Crown.
eMan is currently majority owned by its founders, who also hold executive management positions. Today, the company operates not only in the Czech Republic, but also throughout Europe and North America. In total, it employs nearly 120 people.
REVENUES AND EBITDA GROWTH 2017-2024
Company revenues increased in 2019 to 168 million CZK. eMan plans dynamic growth in the future. We expect roughly 20 percent annual revenue growth with an EBITDA margin of 10.5 – 11.5 percent.
IPO PARAMETeRs
On 14 August 2020, eMan obtained permission from the Czech National Bank to launch an IPO. We will offer up to a 47 percent stake, i.e. up to 914k shares. Subscription price is set at 51 to 56 CZK per share. The subscription period for investment is from 17 to 31 August.

Fio banka a.s. and Patria finance a.s. offer trading in shares on the START market through their online trading platforms, and are thus among the members of the stock exchange with the highest trading volumes in this market segment.
