The company is offering potential investors up to a 47 percent share, i.e. up to 914,000 shares. The price ranges from 51 to 56 CZK per share. Interested parties should hurry, because the subscription of shares ends on 31 August at 12 noon. Small investors also have the opportunity to buy. The minimum investment is set at approximately 25,000 CZK.
“We were pleasantly surprised by the great interest in our shares. We are approaching our goals very quickly, as every day we register new applicants considering our issue. Right now, the best opportunity is for smaller investors who do not have large sums of money and would like to evaluate their finances well,” said Jiří Horyna, co-founder and CEO of eMan.
Petr Koblic, the director of the Prague Stock Exchange, is pleased with the successful subscription of the IPO. “The great interest in subscribing to eMan shares is proof that technology companies have a clear place on the stock exchange. It is only a matter of time before another similar opportunity arises for an interesting investment through the START exchange,” adds Koblic.
