In 2024, eMan completed the restructuring of its senior management. The founders continue to play key roles and actively participate in the company’s day-to-day management, thus ensuring continuity and strategic stability. eMan has also further strengthened its market position and developed long-term cooperation with major partners, including ČSOB, E.ON, EG.D, Cendis, Future Life, PPL, Volkswagen/Cariad, Pražská plynárenská, Škoda Auto and ABB.

“In 2024, we have successfully delivered a number of key projects for our long-term customers, while also starting to work with new partners. Thanks to innovations and strategic changes in management, we were able to increase the efficiency of the company. We look forward to another successful year in 2025, when we will continue to expand our portfolio and launch new ambitious projects,” says Jiří Horyna, co-founder and CEO of eMan.

The impact of litigation and an ambitious new project

In 2024, the subsidiary eMan Alfa, which focuses on outsourcing IT specialists, was successfully launched. This new entity brings new business momentum and revenue diversification. “eMan Alfa allows us to develop a new business line while responding to the growing demand for quality IT experts. We have the ambition to be a strong player in this area,” adds Horyna.

What negatively affected the company’s results is the ongoing legal dispute with SEVITECH CZ s.r.o. and SYNCHRONIX, a.s. Despite this fact, the company maintained stable performance and managed its resources effectively.

Plans for 2025: more business, more efficiency

In the coming year, eMan will focus on further growth and strengthening its market position. A key objective will be to strengthen the sales team to help expand the customer portfolio across different sectors. The company plans to continue to optimise operating costs, emphasise maximum efficiency and build on long-term profitability and stability.

“2025 will be about business growth, efficiency and stability. We will focus on our customers, on whom we want to rely in the long term, just as they rely on us,concludes Jiří Horyna.

The final results for 2024 will be published on 15 May.
