Eman shares up by 17 percent on first trading day on the exchange [Press release]

The shares of IT firm eMan, which successfully completed its IPO subscription period on Monday, 31 August, began trading on the START market of the Prague Stock Exchange and the RM-System exchange on Friday, 4 September. Trading on the START market started at the subscription price of 51 CZK per share and ended the day at 60 CZK, an increase of 17.65 percent. The total volume of trades reached 2.79 million CZK.

Eman´s great success on the prague stock exchange – interest in shares exceed all expectations [press release]

eMan, the Czech custom software development firm, today successfully sold subscriptions for shares worth 46.6 million CZK on the Prague Stock Exchange. On the START market, the company sold subscriptions for a total of 914,000 shares at the price of 51 CZK, and thus became the seventh company to be traded in the segment of small and medium-sized enterprises. The great interest in shares was also confirmed by the total number of orders, which amounted to 1.93 million shares, and thus exceeded the offer by 111 percent.

Czech developers eMan have had a successful first week with their IPO on the START market of the Prague Stock Exchange. As of 25 August, the number of orders reached 83 percent of the total issue. The first 141 purchase orders for a total of 756,000 shares worth 38.6 million CZK are in the order book. The average order is for approximately 273,000 CZK. eMan is thus set to become another successful issue on the START market comprised of small and medium-sized Czech enterprises.

CZECH DEVELOPERS EMAN ARE GOING TO THE PRAGUE STOCK EXCHANGE [PRESS RELEASE]
