Pavel Kalný, a new addition to the Prague eMan software house since the beginning of March, has been named CTO, replacing Jiří Pech. In addition to coordinating individual teams, his agenda will be to promote an innovative approach to modern technologies, as well as helping clients find new opportunities for digitization.

Pavel Kalný’s experience comes from banking, specifically at Moneta Money Bank, and telecommunications, at T-Mobile CZ. Over the last year, he worked as Head of Delivery at the software company BornDigital, one of the leaders in AI solutions for automating human conversation.
“My plan at eMan is to support current and future technology-oriented employees, building on the company’s existing plans. My goal is also to develop areas such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, which are the future of our entire industry,” added Pavel Kalný.
