ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 are now basic requirements in tenders at banks, insurers and energy companies. TISAX is a condition for suppliers to the automotive industry.
Frequently asked questions
Do you still do ordinary custom software development, or only AI now?
Custom software is still the core of our work and makes up most of our projects. We add AI where it brings a concrete benefit. A good number of our engagements are purely development or integration work, without a single AI element.
Will you take over a system somebody else built?
Yes, we do it regularly. First we assess and document the system, then we take over its operation and agree how it will develop. Taking over is one of our ordinary services, not an exception.
How long before we see a first result?
For a prototype or the validation of an AI use case, weeks. For a larger system we deploy in parts, so a first working version runs as early as possible. The actual date always follows from the scope and from how ready your data and systems are.
How do you evidence security when procurement vets us?
We hold ISO 27001 for information security, ISO 20000 for service management and TISAX for the automotive industry. We are used to evidencing security measures, incident management and the subcontracting chain. For clients in finance and energy we prepare this as a standard part of the offer.
How do you handle data security when working with AI?
The design always starts with the question of where the data goes and who has access to it. Depending on sensitivity we choose between running in the client environment, in a European cloud, or in a closed environment. For every AI decision it is traceable how it came about, and it is defined when a person steps in.
Do you work with smaller companies, or only with corporations?
Most of our clients are medium and large companies and the public sector. But we do take on smaller projects. The smallest engagement that makes sense starts at roughly a few weeks of validating an idea.
